Growing up, and making her life in Bellevue, Betsi Powers Hummer knows first-hand how great this city is and can be. Betsi will maintain and improve upon the things that make Bellevue a great city, and always look for ways to champion the priorities that matter to those who call Bellevue home.

Betsi was elected to three terms on the East Bellevue Community Council, where she voted on Bellevue issues and policies. She connected with Boards, Commissions, Council and staff, neighborhoods and business advocates to make the best informed decisions for East Bellevue constituents.

These connections confirm her commitment to represent Bellevue. Betsi has 2 1/2 times the Bellevue donors as her opponent, the incumbent.

Making connections that make a difference is her passion.

We're Bellevue, not Seattle

Betsi is committed to making sure Bellevue does not become Seattle. Residents must no longer be kept in the dark about proposed changes that impact their neighborhoods, personal safety, and quality of life.

Neighborhood Safety

Betsi is endorsed by Bellevue's Police Officers Guild for good reasons. She has proven her determination to work with the BPD in supporting their efforts to protect our neighborhoods from rising crime rates.

Smarter Traffic Solutions

Bellevue's growth demands effective traffic management. Cut through traffic, street racing, and lack of balanced transportation options are no longer acceptable for Bellevue.
